Generally practiced by an African community called \u201cVenda\u201d is a martial art form known as Musangwe. This \u201ctraditional\u201d martial art form is said to have originated from South Africa. It is essentially a type of \u201cboxing\u201d that is said to have a \u201ctherapeutic\u201d effect on young men who live increasingly stressful lives.
