Swetabh Pareek

Swetabh has 14 years of professional experience in transaction and strategic advisory, corporate finance, and business valuation. He currently leads investment banking at Felix Advisory, leading a team of transaction experts on mandates for fundraising, merger and acquisition, and other advisory assignments for corporate transactions. Swetabh is a generalist with experience in traditional as well as new age economy sectors.

In his previous role at Aranca, he led a large team of analysts on advisory assignments for various transaction, strategic decision-making, dispute resolution, and reporting purposes. He served a variety of global clients, mainly from India, the United States, and the Middle East region. Previously, he also worked for Ernst & Young as Associate Vice President with a primary focus on India and cross-border transaction advisory services. Prior to that, he worked as a Senior Analyst focusing on leveraged financing activities and restructuring activities in the United States and European, Middle Eastern, and African markets for a bulge bracket investment bank. He has also worked with Kotak Mahindra, where he began his corporate career.

Swetabh is an Associate Member of the American Society of Appraisers since 2011. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2004 and has also cleared Uniform Certified Public Accountant exams from Colorado State Board of Accountancy, United States in 2007. He has a keen interest in interacting with the media and his thought pieces and opinions have appeared on various renowned platforms.
