Shunali Nagarkatti

Shunali has 22+ years of experience within the Deal Advisory, Transaction Services, Investor Relations, and the Corporate Finance Domains. She has worked extensively as the Head of Corporate Finance for a large global travel retail organization, where she led M&A and IPO plans for the group.

Within Transaction Advisory, she has also worked with Ernst & Young Lead Advisory team specializing in M&A, strategic/financial private equity placements and capital markets advisory services executing key roles across numerous diverse assignments. Formerly she has also worked with ANZ Investment Bank, RSM & Co and Arthur Andersen.

She is a qualified Chartered Accountant (November 1997) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She also serves as an Independent Director on the Board of one of the Education Companies.

At Felix Advisory, she is responsible for expert advisory needed throughout the deal cycle for fundraising, IPO preparedness, acquisitions, investments, divestitures, joint ventures, deal structuring and strategic partnerships.
